the Flyer was on display in the Wright brothers’ hometown
of Dayton, Ohio, the Wrights’ descendents
gathered for a photo.

Senator
John Glenn, D-Ohio, the first American in orbit, tried out
Microsoft’s Wright Flyer simulator and flew a successful
mission.

When visitors to Dayton, Ohio’s
Inventing Flight Celebration walked over to Celebration Central on
Deed’s Point they were greeted by a statue of Orville and Wilbur
Wright demonstrating their innovative wing warping technique. |
